Balanced Water & Healthy Equipment

What a healthy pool looks like: level water at the tile line, no air in the returns, clear to the floor. Most repair calls are about getting back to exactly this, and most of them are smaller jobs than people fear — a seal, an impeller, a suction-side leak.

Bubblers & Sheer Descent in Service

Bubblers running on a tanning ledge with the sheer descent pouring behind — every one of those features rides on a pump, a valve, and a run of plumbing. When one goes quiet, that's the system asking for service, and it's usually a one-visit fix.

Good to Know

Repair & Equipment — Questions

How do I know if my pool has a leak?

Common signs are a water level that drops more than ¼–½ inch a day, a pool pad or yard that stays wet, air in the pump, or a chlorine bill that keeps climbing. We can pressure-test to confirm.

My pump is loud / not priming — is that a big repair?

Not always. Noisy or weak pumps are often bearings, a clogged impeller, or an air leak on the suction side — all repairable. When a motor is truly done, upgrading to variable-speed usually pays for itself in power savings.

Do you service pools you don't maintain?

Yes. We take one-off repair calls as well as ongoing maintenance clients.
