See It In Real Backyards
Lakefront Pool with Patterned-Tile Wall & Fire Bowls
A geometric pool on the lake at golden hour: the raised back wall carries two pedestals faced in patterned blue-and-white tile, each topped with a fire bowl, with the attached spa on the right and open water behind the fence line. Wall, pedestals, spa, and deck were formed and poured as one gunite structure. Proof that a pool here can face the lake instead of turning its back on it.
Stacked-Stone Wall & Raised Spa
A raised square spa faced in white stacked stone, spilling into the main pool over a tiled spillway, with the yard's hammock corner behind it. The stone facing wraps the bond beam so the spa reads as furniture in the yard, not a tank beside it. Shows what “the spa is part of the shell” means in practice.
Modern Geometric with Raised Marble Wall
A modern rectangle against a white house: low smooth-faced raised wall, tanning ledge in the foreground shallows, travertine pads set into turf so the lawn runs to the water's edge. For the buyer who wants clean lines instead of boulders — same shell engineering, opposite style.
Freeform Pool & Round Mosaic Spa
A freeform pool with a round spa in the foreground, the spa's exterior tiled entirely in small blue mosaic, backed by a curved stacked-stone wall. Freeform doesn't mean informal: the mosaic work on that curve is the kind of finish detail the crew tiles by hand.
Ranch-Scale Rectangle with Fire Bowls
A full-length rectangle in open ranch country — travertine coping, a raised stone-faced spa at the far corner, and two rustic fire bowls on rough-stone pedestals along the water's edge. Pasture fence on one side, a brick outdoor kitchen and the farmhouse on the other: a pool built to the scale of the land around it.
Custom Pool Construction — Questions
How long does a custom pool take to build?
Most in-ground gunite builds run 8–14 weeks from dig to fill, depending on features, weather and inspections. We give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you posted at every phase.
What's the difference between gunite and fiberglass?
Gunite is sprayed concrete — it can be built in any shape, size or depth and is repaired/resurfaced rather than replaced. Fiberglass is a pre-molded shell with limited shapes. We build gunite because it lasts and it's fully custom.
Do you handle design and permits?
Yes — design, engineering, permitting and construction are all handled in-house. You get one accountable team from the first sketch to your first swim.
